Who is The King’s Trust Australia?
The King’s Trust Australia (ABN 73 161 872 993) provides a coordinating presence for the diverse portfolio of His Majesty, King Charles III, Australian charitable endeavours. The King’s Trust Australia supports the development and delivery of innovative, high impact projects across three focus areas, including: addressing youth unemployment; supporting transitioning Australian Defence personnel in small business management; and encouraging sustainable practices for both the natural and built environment.

Why do we collect personal information?
The King’s Trust Australia uses a range of impact measurement and evaluation tools to improve the quality of our work.
To access Achieve Online; a free online resource hub, a user must create an account by providing a user name and email address. A user must create an account to access educational resources developed by The King’s Trust Australia. If a username and email address are not provided, users cannot access these educational resources.
Once an account has been set up, the user must to complete short surveys and quizzes in order to ‘unlock’ all educational resources (including a certificate of participation) and progress through The King’s Trust Australia’s Achieve Framework.
A user’s individual quiz results will be sent to the email address provided when registering and will not be used for marketing or any other purposes.
These tools, such as surveys and quizzes, enable us to report on the collective impact of our work to stakeholders. All data collected for these purposes is de-identified.
Who might we share your information with?
To improve the quality of our work and provide the best experience for our users, The King’s Trust Australia may disclose to companies and contractors who we retain to provide services for us, such as IT contractors, secured archive storage providers, risk and compliance providers, lawyers, accountants and auditors. They may need to have access to de-identified information to provide those services or other individuals or companies authorised by you.
We take your data privacy seriously at The King’s Trust Australia, and adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
The King’s Trust Australia’s Privacy Policy contains information about how an individual may access the personal information about the individual that is held by the entity and seek the correction of such information. The policy also contains information about how the individual may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and how the entity will deal with such a complaint.
