The Twenties

The Twenties have a practical application and the activity catalogue has been developed with young people, educators and members of the community as learning worth having for a changing workforce and world. Each Twenties activity has been mapped to one or more of the ten enterprise skills. However, participants and facilitators can also align each Twenty to their own interpretation of which skills are being developed.

Learning Outcomes for Young People:

  • Participants can identify and confidently state their skills within just 20 minutes, building immediate self-awareness and recognition of their personal capabilities.
  • Create a collection of sharable, clearly identifiable skills that helps young people articulate their strengths concretely.
  • Encourages participants to explore activities that push their boundaries, promoting continuous learning and personal development.
  • Learning experiences are designed to incrementally build self-confidence, helping participants feel more assured in their abilities.
  • Provides a framework for taking purposeful action, supporting young people in aligning their learning with their personal and professional aspirations.

The Twenties activity is designed to be adaptable, empowering, and focused on practical skill development for young people preparing for their future.
